Some believe a confectioners' Creams (soft centers) are the way to judge their abilities. We use a recipe that has been handed down over the generations. Pure cane sugar, dairy fresh sweet cream butter and patience are the keys to the great taste of our Buttercreams. Our 13 oz box includes 24 pieces and each of our 8 flavors (Bordeaux, Buttercream, Chocolate, Cinnamon, Lemon, Mocha, Orange, Peppermint and Raspberry). All are covered in our Creamy Milk Chocolate and our Rich Dark Chocolate.
